Description

We are looking for a Marketing professional to accelerate brand building, develop and manage marketing programs. Ideal candidate must have track record in getting positive, tangible business returns by developing and executing successful, result-based marketing programs. Candidate must demonstrate ability in strategic brand marketing activities, building vision-led branding and goal-oriented marketing strategy; executing effective Marketing Plans and MarCom.  We are looking for a person who would love to live great marketer’s dream of building a group of brands and robust B2B businesses.

Responsibilities

This role involves building multiple group brands and generating B2B business.

  • Develop creative direction for strategic marketing and brand management for the mother brand as well as business brands.
  • Be the brand guardian maintaining brands’ integrity and marketing assets including websites, social profiles and identities on all platforms.
  • Gather and use market insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing strategies and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) programs.
  • Translate strategies successful execution to fulfil specified business objectives.
  • Generate qualified leads for B2B business through effective direct marketing initiatives.
  • Spearhead execution of ATL, indirect marketing programs from start to finish.
  • Generate B2B business through tactical, direct marketing, digital programs.
  • Support Ecommerce/Retail Marketing teams in generating business.
  • Research, analyse and adopt requisite market trends, demographics, competition, new business opportunities, relevant tools & practices.

Qualifications

Formal Credentials-

  • 4-6 years’ experience in similar role and activities with a brand of repute.
  • Creditable experience in brand management, Direct Marketing, B2B marketing.
  • Experience in key aspects and tools of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, social media marketing.

Accreditations & Core Composition

  • MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Competence as a creative thinker, writer and visualiser.
  • Willingness to become a growth hacker.
  • Willingness and ability for need-based travel.
  • Willingness to take the challenge of performance linked remuneration.
