Executive Marketing - B2B & B2C

We are looking for a Marketing professional to accelerate B2B business generation and build from scratch, an online B2C service package. Ideal candidate must have track record in getting positive, tangible business returns by developing and executing successful, result-based marketing programs. Candidate must demonstrate ability in B2B lead generation, B2C marketing activities, goal-oriented marketing strategy and executing effective Marketing Plans. We are looking for a sincere, energetic, knowledgeable person who aspires to keep scaling higher up the corporate ladder.


This role involves building B2B leads and generating Online B2C business.

  • Promote company's services in the digital space and generate targeted business and online sales of B2C services.
  • Create and execute direct marketing campaigns through SMS, WhatsApp and email marketing etc. for generating target-based Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for B2B services.
  • Develop social media program initiatives for improving the community size through content in all relevant formats.
  • Be a subject matter expert to assigned B2B and B2C categories.
  • Optimise digital footprint, build, execute and manage actions; for marketing functions including website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, PPC, search, remarketing and display campaigns etc.
  • Continuously identify and implement latest trends and technologies for continuous improvement in results.
  • Co-ordinate with agencies for generating all creative and digital content.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Generate leads for B2B business.
  • Generate B2C business revenue.
  • Enhance requisite brand visibility through multiple digital platforms.

Relevant Experience -

  • 2-4 years’ experience in similar role and activities with a brand of repute.
  • Creditable experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, Ads, LinkedIn, Social Media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various SEM, social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies and associated tools such as Google Analytics, Console, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs and the likes.


Academic Qualification and key skills-

  • Graduate with requisite certifications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Competence as go-getter, performance driven, revenue-generating marketer.
  • Willingness to become a growth hacker.
  • Willingness to take the challenge of performance linked remuneration.
